Recommendations for using the online order system:

 

To ensure that the orders run as smoothly as possible, we would like to ask you to take a few things into account when making an order.

 

·         Add just  1 saddle for each order form, because EDIX  only ship 1 saddle each box (this is due  insurance conditions) of course the associated accessories can be ordered along the saddle and if you want to fill the box optimally, we advise you to order a few items extra, but keep in mind the box size and weight limitations)

·         So if you need more than one saddle, you have to order it through a separate order (s).

·         Put the items you definitely want in a box on the first order lines! In this way we know, when a box is full which other items we can send in the next box or reserve. Indicate to us in the notes per order what you prefer with the left over articles.

·         Try to think along with the size and weight limit of the box. (70x50x50 cm and 20 kilos)

·         For each order, a reference must be filled in

·         Indicate which pommel size should be fitted in the ordered treeless saddle, in the notes (does not apply for soft tree saddles!)

·         Other questions and instructions can also be noted in this note

·         When you see that there is only 1 item left in the stock, keep in mind that it may no longer be there and perhaps provide an alternative color with the notes

·         When you send an email afterwards that relates to a send order, always mention the order number or order reference in the subject of the email.

 

·         If you are used to ordering per article until a box is full, that is still possible, but we ask you to put an order in the system with one item,  with the reference: RESERVATION BOX,

When you order one item, put in the notes: add to my RESERVATION BOX In this case we will add the item onto your reservation box and delete te order send.

 

·         We also ask you to put an order in the system with one item, with the reference: BACKORDER BOX.  We will delete this one item, but we will keep those 2 orders as an ongoing backorder

 

·         When we have processed your complete order, but it leaves a backorder article, we will

add this article onto the BACKORDER BOX. So you have a clear view of wich articles are left to deliver by EDIX and we will also fill in an expected delivery date and update the date in case their is a delay of a production.

 

In the reservation and back order box we can delete or adjust the order but you need email that to us.

 

Keep in mind that this is a new system that we are all going to work with for the first time and that it is a continuous process of improvement. We keep ourselves recommended for recommendations.
